US prosecutors charged five alleged Russian agents over a global plot targeting supporters of Ukraine, as Danish intelligence reported Russian sabotage against local defense firms.

United States federal prosecutors have unsealed charges against five alleged Russian intelligence operatives accused of managing a global network tasked with executing assassinations and sabotage against supporters of Ukraine across Europe and North America. According to the Department of Justice, the suspects recruited individuals to monitor and target pro-Ukrainian figures, including executing a June 2024 attack in Prague. All five accused individuals remain at large.

Concurrently, Denmark's Security and Intelligence Service disclosed that Russian operatives targeted Danish defense companies supplying Ukraine. Officials described the sabotage as an escalation in Moscow's hybrid campaign aimed at undermining Western military aid.
