United States authorities charged five alleged Russian agents over targeted assassination plots, while Denmark reported sabotage against defense contractors supplying Ukraine.

United States authorities have charged five alleged Russian intelligence agents for coordinating an international network focused on sabotage and assassination plots against supporters of Ukraine. The unsealed Manhattan federal indictment outlines actions across Europe and North America, including a June 2024 operation in Prague and prospective killings inside the United States. All five suspects currently remain at large.

Concurrently, Denmark's Security and Intelligence Service reported that Russian operatives carried out targeted sabotage against Danish defense companies providing military equipment to Kyiv. Danish officials characterized these incidents as an escalation in Moscow's broader hybrid warfare tactics designed to weaken Western assistance to Ukraine.
