US President Donald Trump warned of further strikes against Iran following attacks in Bandar Abbas, as Iranian President Pezeshkian vowed to respond decisively to any aggression.

United States President Donald Trump has cautioned that additional military strikes against Iran remain an option following recent targeted attacks on military locations in Bandar Abbas and Sirik. Trump claimed that Tehran is actively seeking a diplomatic agreement with Washington to prevent further escalation.

In response, Iranian President Masoud Pezeshkian stated that while his nation does not desire an expanded conflict, it will "decisively respond to aggressors." Meanwhile, Iranian naval leadership dismissed assertions of major operational damage, maintaining that military forces along the southern coast remain fully functional. The exchange marks the first direct military engagement between the two countries in a month, heightening regional tensions as both sides balance military threats with rhetoric regarding potential negotiations.
