Ukrainian service members and commentators have raised concerns over frontline rotations, supply logistics, award allocations, and draft procedures.

Ukrainian active-duty personnel and commentators have detailed ongoing systemic challenges within the armed forces, spanning rotations, supply chains, and mobilization.

Frontline military surgeon Bohdan Zhuravel told Radio Svoboda that troops face indefinite service without rotations, warning that long-term inaction risks severe demoralization. Drone unit commander Yuriy Butusov reported to NV that frontline commanders still lack centralized logistical support, leaving officers independently responsible for securing basic supplies. Meanwhile, an investigation published by Ukrainska Pravda highlighted inequities in military commendations, noting that medals are often disproportionately assigned to headquarters staff rather than frontline soldiers.

Additionally, serviceman Pavlo Kazarin stated on Liga net that reform of medical evaluation boards and military deferments is necessary to establish a more equitable draft process.
