Ukrainian drone attacks hit Russian e-commerce platform Wildberries and a Black Sea beach, causing multiple casualties, while Russia reported hitting Ukrainian cargo ships.

Ukrainian forces launched extensive drone strikes against logistics facilities belonging to Wildberries, Russia’s largest online retailer, causing severe fires near Moscow and St. Petersburg. Russian officials reported at least six fatalities and nine injuries resulting from the attacks on commercial infrastructure. Ukrainian military planners allege the e-commerce company’s supply network is being utilized to distribute military hardware and drones, with around 20 company sites targeted since mid-July.

Simultaneously, Russian authorities stated seven people were killed after a drone struck a crowded beach near the Black Sea resort town of Gelendzhik. Verified video footage captured a large explosion among bathers. In response, Russian military officials claimed to have struck seven Ukrainian cargo vessels in separate actions.
