Trump threatens further strikes against Iran following coastal attacks

U.S. President Donald Trump warned of further strikes against Iran following attacks in Bandar Abbas and Sirik, while Iranian leadership vowed to respond to any continued aggression.
Tensions between Washington and Tehran escalated after U.S. forces carried out strikes on Iranian military locations in Bandar Abbas and Sirik, marking the first direct exchange of fire between the two nations in a month.
U.S. President Donald Trump warned that additional strikes would follow if Tehran chooses to retaliate, claiming that Iranian leadership is "begging" for a diplomatic agreement with Washington. Iranian President Masoud Pezeshkian stated that Tehran does not seek broader conflict, though he warned his country will "decisively respond to aggressors." Meanwhile, Iranian naval commanders reported that their forces along the strategic southern coastline suffered no disabling damage and remain fully operational.
