Saudi Arabia has partially reopened King Khalid International Airport in Riyadh following Houthi attacks, even as the Yemeni rebel group threatens further strikes.

Saudi Arabia partially reopened King Khalid International Airport in Riyadh on Sunday, resuming operations at Terminal 1 for domestic flights and Terminal 2 for international routes. The decision follows recent attacks launched by Iran-aligned Houthi rebels from Yemen.

Despite Saudi air defense forces intercepting a new wave of incoming missiles and drones targeting the kingdom, Houthi officials warned that the airport remains a "military target" and vowed to continue their offensive. Saudi Arabia remains engaged in persistent cross-border conflicts with the Yemeni group, which routinely targets infrastructure across the country.
