At least 15 people were killed in Russian missile strikes on Kyiv while Ukrainian shelling in Krasnodar left 11 dead.

Reciprocal long-range bombardments between Ukraine and Russia continued overnight, resulting in additional casualties across both nations. Russian forces launched ballistic missiles targeting Kyiv and surrounding areas, including Bucha, killing at least 15 people and injuring dozens across several municipal districts.

Concurrently, Ukrainian strikes in Russia's southern Krasnodar region left 11 dead, drawing condemnation from local governor Veniamin Kondratiev, who called it a "deliberate strike by the Kyiv regime against the civilian population." Meanwhile, Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelensky accused Russian forces of targeted attacks against non-combatants following video footage of a drone striking a civilian in Kherson. Separately, U.S. President Donald Trump stated that active discussions are taking place between Washington and Tehran.
