Netanyahu warns of nuclear threat ahead of Israeli election

Israeli Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu released an artificial intelligence-generated image depicting a nuclear explosion over Tel Aviv two days ahead of the national election. Accompanying the campaign graphic, Netanyahu warned voters that failing to re-elect his government could expose the country to the danger of a "second Holocaust".

The post sparked sharp criticism from political opponents. Israel's opposition leader immediately rejected the messaging, publicly responding to the prime minister with the phrase, "You are hysterical!"

The advertisement highlights the intense security rhetoric dominating the final days of the electoral campaign as candidates make their last appeals to voters.
