NATO maneuvers near Kaliningrad coincide with fresh Russia-Ukraine strikes

NATO forces conducted unannounced maneuvers near Kaliningrad as Russian missile strikes hit Kyiv and Ukrainian drones targeted Russia's Saratov region.
United States-led NATO forces have conducted unannounced military maneuvers around Russia's Kaliningrad enclave, utilizing American, Norwegian, and Polish units. NATO officials described the operations as routine defensive preparations.
Concurrently, aerial bombardments between Russia and Ukraine escalated following the departure of American envoys from Kyiv. Russian ballistic missile strikes targeted the Ukrainian capital, killing at least two people and injuring six others, while a separate Russian drone strike damaged a commercial facility in northern Ukraine. Ukrainian forces launched retaliatory drone strikes against Russia's Saratov region, resulting in several injuries.
Additionally, a British media investigation reported that Russia has constructed ten covert launch sites near NATO borders capable of firing long-range kamikaze drones deep into allied territories.
