Deadly cross-border aerial bombardments and frontline combat have intensified across Ukraine and multiple Russian regions.

Russian strikes on civilian and commercial infrastructure killed at least ten people in Kharkiv and nine in Kyiv, leaving dozens injured. On the front line, Russian units achieved tactical gains near Artilne, while Ukrainian forces continued advancing toward Uspenivka. Meanwhile, Belarus announced the creation of a new air assault brigade along the Ukrainian border.

Simultaneously, Ukrainian drone operations targeted several Russian regions. In Moscow Oblast, drone strikes killed five people, injured ten, and ignited a warehouse fire. Another strike damaged a logistics facility in Leningrad Oblast. In Krasnodar Krai, a drone crashed on a Black Sea beach in Arkhipo-Osipovka, killing seven people and injuring roughly 40 others.
