Bulgaria identifies crashed drone as model used by Ukrainian military

Bulgaria's defence ministry reported that a drone crashing on its territory is a model commonly utilized by Ukrainian forces, with no evidence of an intentional attack.
Bulgarian defense authorities have clarified details regarding an unmanned aerial vehicle that crashed on national territory over the weekend. Technical examinations conducted by the Ministry of Defence indicate that the aircraft is of a type "largely used by Ukrainian armed forces."
Despite identifying the drone's origin model, officials emphasized that current findings provide no indication of a deliberate attack or intentional strike aimed at Bulgaria. The incident resulted in no casualties or damage to local infrastructure.
Specialized military units are continuing to analyze the debris to determine whether the crash stemmed from technical malfunction, operator error, or signal disruption, while maintaining communication with NATO partners.
