Emergency responders and local officials reported varying casualty counts, with injury estimates ranging from 40 to 51 individuals amid fires and structural damage.
Meanwhile, Ukrainian military intelligence stated that approximately 8,600 North Korean soldiers remain stationed within Russian territory. Officials also reported that a North Korean missile detachment has deployed to Voronezh Oblast, reportedly equipped with multiple mobile launchers and dozens of ballistic missiles provided for operations against Ukraine.
On the front lines, Ukrainian units engaged Russian personnel entrenched in basements in Kupyansk and captured troops on the Kostiantynivka axis, while Moscow signalled planned leadership reshuffles within its defence apparatus.
