US President Donald Trump set to visit Ireland next month

US President Donald Trump is scheduled to visit the Republic of Ireland next month for a two-day trip. During his visit, Trump is expected to stay at his golf resort in Doonbeg, County Clare, where he will attend the Irish Open tournament.

In addition to his itinerary in County Clare, the president is anticipated to travel to Dublin to participate in a sod-turning ceremony for the construction of the new United States embassy. Law enforcement agencies in both Dublin and County Clare are preparing for a major security operation surrounding the high-profile visit, which marks a return to his Irish property where he has previously stayed.
