Ukrainian long-range strikes damaged an oil refinery and commercial logistics hub in Russia as Moscow made tactical frontline gains near Dobropillia and Stepnohirsk.

Ukrainian long-range operations have continued targeting Russian industrial and logistics infrastructure, striking the Slavneft-YANOS oil refinery in Yaroslavl and a distribution center for the Lenta supermarket chain. According to regional officials and Ukrainian intelligence, the Yaroslavl attack injured four people and damaged fuel storage tanks. Ukrainian strikes also targeted FSB coast guard vessels near Kerch.

The intensified deep-strike campaign coincides with reports from monitoring groups indicating a significant rise in Russian civilian casualties outside occupied areas, with over 300 fatalities recorded this year.

On the ground, Russian forces made tactical advances toward Dobropillia in the Pokrovsk sector and secured new positions east of Stepnohirsk. Meanwhile, intelligence sharing between Washington and Kyiv has reportedly been restored.
