Ukrainian drones hit an oil refinery in Yaroslavl and logistics infrastructure, while Russian forces achieved minor frontline gains.

Ukrainian long-range drones targeted Russia's Slavneft-YANOS oil refinery in Yaroslavl, damaging storage tanks and injuring four people, regional authorities and Ukrainian intelligence confirmed. Kyiv also launched strikes against Russian FSB coast guard vessels in Kerch and a distribution center owned by retail giant Lenta.

The broader aerial campaign coincides with independent data reporting over 300 civilian deaths inside Russia this year. Meanwhile, Russian troops made incremental frontline gains toward Dobropillia and east of Stepnohirsk. On the diplomatic front, intelligence sharing between Washington and Ukraine has reportedly been fully restored.
