Kyiv confirmed a long-range strike on a Siberian refinery, while Russian strikes across eastern Ukraine left three dead and damaged critical power grids.

Ukrainian forces have conducted deep long-range strikes into Russian territory, hitting an oil refinery in Tobolsk, Siberia, more than 2,500 kilometers from the border. President Volodymyr Zelensky confirmed the strike, stating the operations aim to demonstrate to Russian citizens "the necessity of ending the war."

Meanwhile, heavy Russian attacks caused casualties and infrastructure failures across Ukraine. Shelling and aerial bombings in eastern regions killed at least three people and injured nine others, including children, with fatalities reported in Dnipropetrovsk Oblast. In Chernihiv Oblast, damage cut power to nearly 99,000 subscribers. In Donetsk Oblast, relentless bombardment has heavily damaged the frontline city of Druzhkivka, where the population has dropped from nearly 56,000 before the full-scale invasion to fewer than 4,000 residents.
