Ukrainian drones targeted a Yaroslavl oil refinery and commercial logistics hubs in Yekaterinburg while Russian ground forces made minor advances.

Ukrainian forces launched targeted drone strikes against commercial and energy infrastructure deep inside Russian territory. In Yaroslavl, an attack on the Slavneft-YANOS oil refinery damaged processing units and injured four people, regional authorities confirmed. Drones also struck commercial hubs in Yekaterinburg, more than 2,000 kilometers from Ukraine, causing fires and evacuations at distribution facilities belonging to major retailers Wildberries and Lenta. Additionally, Kyiv claimed successful strikes against Russian FSB coast guard vessels operating near Kerch.

Meanwhile, Russian ground troops registered minor gains along the front line, advancing toward Dobropillia in the Pokrovsk sector and taking positions east of Stepnohirsk. The developments follow reports that full intelligence sharing between Washington and Kyiv has been restored.
