The four-day Teknofest Blue Homeland event in Kocaeli showcased Türkiye’s latest naval hardware, modular uncrewed amphibious systems, and specialized maritime competitions.

Türkiye’s Teknofest Blue Homeland maritime defense festival took place from August 20 to 23 at the Gölcük Shipyard Command in Kocaeli. Co-organized by the Ministry of National Defense and the T3 Foundation, the four-day event highlighted the country’s growing naval capabilities and domestic defense innovations.

Defense manufacturer FNSS unveiled the İ-ZAHA, a modular uncrewed amphibious vehicle designed to perform high-risk landing operations alongside crewed platforms. The Turkish Navy also featured the TCG İmbat, a Kılıç-II class fast attack craft capable of reaching speeds of 40 knots with a reduced radar footprint. Alongside platform displays, the event hosted engineering challenges dedicated to uncrewed underwater and surface systems.
