Turkish emergency services continue search and relief operations following severe flooding across Istanbul, Antalya, Sakarya, and Kocaeli.

Turkish state agencies and local emergency units are maintaining relief operations following widespread severe flooding across Istanbul, Antalya, Sakarya, and Kocaeli. Environment Minister Murat Kurum stated that emergency units responded to 7,800 out of nearly 9,800 calls received by disaster management centers. Search and rescue operations remain active for six missing individuals in Istanbul's Ayazağa neighborhood and Kocaeli province.

Casualty reports continue to vary slightly between state officials and local municipal authorities. President Recep Tayyip Erdoğan and Minister Kurum cited three fatalities, while Istanbul Metropolitan Municipality representatives confirmed two deaths in the city involving a 14-year-old electrocuted in Fatih and a 34-year-old swept away in Sarıyer. Yellow weather alerts for heavy rainfall and storms remain active for dozens of provinces across Turkey.
