At least five people were killed and 16 others injured following a series of Russian bombardments across Ukraine's central Dnipropetrovsk region over a 24-hour period, according to local emergency services.

Russian forces carried out nearly 60 strikes targeting five separate districts. Casualties were concentrated primarily in the Kamianske district, where three people died and five others were wounded, and in Pavlohrad, where two fatalities and seven injuries were recorded. Additional injuries were reported in the Nikopol district as fires broke out from artillery and drone shelling.

Local responders engaged in emergency operations to clear rubble and extinguish blazes resulting from the persistent aerial strikes on regional infrastructure.
