Russian bombardments across five districts in Ukraine's Dnipropetrovsk region left five people dead and 16 injured over a 24-hour period, emergency services reported.

At least five people were killed and 16 others injured following a wave of Russian bombardments targeting Ukraine's central Dnipropetrovsk region, according to local emergency services. Russian forces reportedly launched nearly 60 attacks across five separate districts in the region over a 24-hour period.

The casualties were concentrated primarily in the Kamianske and Pavlohrad districts. In Kamianske, three fatalities and five injuries were reported, while strikes in Pavlohrad left two dead and seven wounded. Additional casualties occurred in the Nikopol district as emergency response teams worked to extinguish blazes and treat survivors.

The widespread shelling highlights ongoing military pressure on central Ukrainian regions as emergency crews continue rescue operations across affected municipalities.
