At least five people died and 16 were injured following nearly 60 Russian strikes across Ukraine's Dnipropetrovsk region over 24 hours.

Russian forces carried out nearly 60 attacks across five districts in Ukraine's Dnipropetrovsk region within a 24-hour period, resulting in at least five deaths and 16 injuries, local emergency officials reported.

The heaviest casualties occurred in the Kamianske district, where three people were killed and five others sustained injuries. In Pavlohrad, artillery and missile bombardment resulted in two fatalities and seven wounded residents. Meanwhile, additional injuries and localized damage from fires were reported in the Nikopol district, where rescue teams worked to extinguish blazes and clear debris.

Regional emergency services continue to monitor affected areas and assist residents as repair crews assess structural damage across the hit municipalities.
