Russian attacks in Ukraine's Dnipropetrovsk region killed five people and injured 16 others across five districts over 24 hours.

At least five people were killed and 16 others injured following a wave of Russian bombardments across Ukraine's Dnipropetrovsk region over a 24-hour period, local emergency officials reported.

Russian forces launched nearly 60 attacks targeting five separate districts in the region. The heaviest casualties occurred in the Kamianske district, where three people died and five sustained injuries. In Pavlohrad, shelling claimed two lives and wounded seven others. Additional casualties, infrastructural damage, and fires were reported in the Nikopol district, where rescue teams worked to extinguish blazes and clear rubble.

Emergency responders operated throughout the affected areas to assist survivors and assess the extent of the destruction caused by the prolonged bombardment.
