Russian drone, missile, and bomb strikes targeted Kyiv, Sumy, and Mykolaiv overnight, causing widespread damage, destroying civilian ships, and leaving at least 15 people dead.

Russian forces launched overnight drone, missile, and guided bomb strikes targeting Kyiv, Sumy, Mykolaiv, and Odesa, causing significant civilian casualties and infrastructure damage. In the third major aerial assault on the capital region within a week, ballistic missiles and Shahed drones ignited fires in residential buildings, industrial sites, and warehouses. Regional authorities reported between 15 and 17 deaths, along with dozens injured across Kyiv and its suburbs.

In Sumy, guided aerial bombs struck residential homes, killing three people, including two young girls aged five and ten. Further south, drone attacks hit port facilities in the Mykolaiv district, damaging two civilian vessels, while additional strikes targeted the Odesa region. Local officials described the coordinated strikes as among the most severe recent bombardments targeting urban and logistical infrastructure across the country.
