Russian drone and artillery bombardments across several Ukrainian regions have killed at least eight people and injured over 60, with significant damage in Dnipropetrovsk.
At least eight people were killed and more than 60 others injured following a series of Russian drone and artillery attacks across several Ukrainian regions, local officials reported.
Russian forces launched roughly 180 drones targeting the Dnipropetrovsk, Odesa, Sumy, and Zaporizhzhia regions. Dnipropetrovsk sustained heavy damage, where authorities recorded nearly 60 attacks across five districts in a 24-hour span. The bombardments in Dnipropetrovsk caused five deaths and left 16 people wounded, with casualties concentrated in the Kamianske, Pavlohrad, and Nikopol districts.
Additional fatalities were reported near Kryvyi Rih, where a drone strike hit a petrol station, killing three people, including an eight-year-old child. Emergency services operated throughout the affected areas to extinguish blazes and assist civilian casualties.
