Russian air strikes killed over 25 people across Kyiv and eastern Ukrainian regions as Moscow claimed control of two Donetsk settlements.

Russian missile and drone strikes across Ukraine have left at least 25 people dead and dozens injured. Overnight bombardment severely impacted the Kyiv region, where local officials reported between 15 and 17 fatalities and widespread fires caused by ballistic missiles and drones.

Simultaneously, Russian forces launched approximately 180 drones targeting southern and eastern regions. In Dnipropetrovsk, authorities reported five deaths across nearly 60 separate strikes, including a fatal hit on a petrol station near Kryvyi Rih.
