Russian aerial strikes across Ukraine kill over 20 people

Russian forces carried out their third major aerial barrage against the Kyiv region within a week, killing at least 15 to 17 people and injuring dozens more. Overnight ballistic missile and drone strikes targeted residential buildings, warehouses, and industrial infrastructure, sparking widespread fires. Local authorities described the barrage as "one of the most tragic attacks so far."

Concurrently, Russian strikes launched approximately 180 drones across several other regions, including Odesa, Sumy, Zaporizhzhia, and Dnipropetrovsk. In Dnipropetrovsk, officials reported five deaths and 16 injuries following nearly 60 separate bombardments. Among the fatalities were three people, including an eight-year-old child, who died when a drone struck a gas station near Kryvyi Rih.
