Hundreds gather in Gaza for a mass funeral of 112 strike victims as Jordan warns of threats to Al-Aqsa and the US Peace Council outlines Gaza exit conditions.

Mourners in Gaza City gathered on Tuesday for a mass funeral honoring 112 Palestinians recovered following a two-week excavation in the Sabra neighborhood. The victims, predominantly women and children from two extended families, were killed in a November 2023 Israeli air strike on a residential block.

Concurrently, U.S. President Donald Trump's Peace Council announced that Israeli forces will remain in Gaza until Hamas completes full disarmament, establishing conditions following talks with Israeli Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu.

In a separate diplomatic development, Jordan convened an emergency meeting of regional foreign ministers, warning of an "imminent" threat of an Israeli takeover at Jerusalem's Al-Aqsa mosque compound.
