At least five people were killed and 16 injured following nearly 60 Russian attacks across five districts in Ukraine's Dnipropetrovsk region.

Russian forces executed nearly 60 attacks targeting five districts in Ukraine's central Dnipropetrovsk region over a 24-hour period, local emergency services reported. The bombardments resulted in at least five deaths and left 16 people wounded.

The casualties were distributed across several administrative areas. In the Kamianske district, strikes killed three individuals and injured five others. Separate attacks in Pavlohrad caused two fatalities and wounded seven residents. Direct hits were also recorded in the Nikopol district, where shelling caused additional injuries and ignited blazes inside residential structures.

Rescue operations continued throughout the day as emergency personnel worked to extinguish fires and assist affected civilians.
