Intense cross-border strikes between Russia and Ukraine have left multiple casualties, cut power to nearly 100,000 residents, and caused severe frontline devastation.

Cross-border aerial attacks between Russia and Ukraine have escalated, causing casualties, power disruptions, and extensive structural damage across multiple territories.

Russian officials reported a massive overnight Ukrainian drone assault targeting the Moscow region, stating that air defense units intercepted more than 200 of over 600 deployed drones, leaving three people injured.

Concurrently, Ukrainian authorities announced that Russian artillery and guided bomb strikes on eastern regions killed at least three civilians and wounded nine others in Dnipropetrovsk and neighboring areas. In the northern Chernihiv region, power grid damage left around 99,000 customers without electricity. In Donetsk Oblast, persistent Russian bombardment has devastated the frontline town of Druzhkivka, reducing its civilian population from approximately 56,000 before the war to under 4,000.
